By connecting an Instagram account or Facebook Page to DM Engine, you authorize us to send private replies and public comment replies according to the automations you configure.

Acceptable use

• You must own or be authorized to manage each connected account.
• Automations must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's policies, including messaging only in response to user-initiated actions and honoring each platform's rate limits and messaging windows.
• No spam, harassment, or deceptive messaging.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
